When you hire castles and associated equipment from Bounz you will be asked to sign a contract which not only details the terms of the hire, but specifies our responsibilities and your own. These responsibilities are reproduced below. Please take time to read them as they contain important safety information.
Client’s Responsibilities (in order to ensure safe and fun use)

The client is responsible for the safety of those using the castle at all times and must ensure that those using the castle are medically and physically able to do so, and that users are not under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

The castle must not be moved from its agreed location and must never rub or chafe on any object.

Somersaults, pushing and overcrowding are strictly prohibited on the castle.

Climbing, hanging or sitting on the walls of the castle is strictly prohibited.

Bouncing on the steps / front apron of the castle is strictly prohibited.

Any person who is taller than the outside walls when standing on the inflated bouncing surface must not use the castle.

Food and drink are strictly prohibited on the castle.

All users must remove their footwear (except socks) and any other hard, sharp or dangerous objects from their persons such as buckles, pens, purses, badges, jewellery etc. before entering the castle. It is recommended that spectacles are also removed.

Larger or more boisterous children should be segregated from smaller ones and the number of users at any one time should be limited so that each user has enough room to play safely. For further guidance please refer to the FAQs.

Adult supervision is required at all times when children are on the castle. Supervisors should be proactive and use a whistle or other suitable device to take action at the first sign of any misbehaviour.

During bad light / night time use the client must ensure that sufficient artificial lighting is available for the users of the castle and that the associated equipment is also adequately visible.

The fan must only be turned on / off from the hirer’s electric socket / supply.

Under adverse weather conditions the castle must be switched off and not used.

Smoking near the castle is strictly prohibited.

Soap of any kind must not be used on the castle.
It is the responsibility of the client to take care of Bounz’s castle and associated equipment until all of the equipment has been returned and checked. As a client you will be responsible / liable for any loss, damage and / or injury that occurs from or as a result of misuse or reckless use.

Bounz's Responsibilities

The castle is situated in a safe place that is agreed with the client.

All anchor points are intact and not damaged.

Anchor points are not worn or chafed.
4
Anchor stakes and their locations remain sound for continued use.

The wall-to-tower linings are not torn.
6
There are no holes or rips in the surface or seams of the bed and step from apron.
7
When fully inflated all walls are firm and upright and the pressure in the bed and step / front apron are sufficient to give a reliable and firm footing.

The fan has no exposed wires or loose bolts, screws etc. and that the mesh guards over the air inlet and outlet are secured intact.
9
Electric cables are not worn or chafed and plugs, sockets and switches are not damaged.
